ভারত-ফ্রান্স সম্পর্ক আরও মজবুত করার বিষয়ে জোর দিলেন ফরাসি প্রেসিডেন্ট এমানুয়েল ম্যাক্রোঁ। ভারতের প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদীর পাশে দাঁড়িয়ে ফরাসি প্রেসিডেন্ট বললেন, "আমরা আমাদের যুব সমাজকে ভুলতে পারি না। আমরা ২০৩০ সালের মধ্যে ৩০ হাজার ফরাসি ছাত্রকে ভারতে পাঠাতে চাই। যুব ভারতীয়দের উচ্চশিক্ষার জন্য সহযোগী ভিসা নীতি আনতে চাইছি।"
