মাও সে তুংয়ের পর জিংপিংই দেশের সবচেয়ে ক্ষমতাশালী ও জনপ্রিয় প্রেসিডেন্টের তকমা পেয়েছেন। পাশাপাশি তিনি আগেই চিনের কমিউনিস্ট পার্টির প্রেসিডেন্ট হয়েছেন।
