চিনে তাপমাত্রার সর্বোচ্চ রেকর্ড পেরোলো জুলাই মাসে। বিগত ৭ বছর পর সর্বোচ্চ তাপমাত্রার রেকর্ড ভাঙল চিনের আবহাওয়া। স্থানীয় সংবাদমাধ্যম সূত্রের খবর, গত জুলাই মাসে গড় তাপমাত্রা ছিল ২৩.২১ ডিগ্রি সেলসিয়াস (৭৩,৭৮ ডিগ্রি ফারহেনহাইট)। শেষবার ২০১৭ সালে ২৩.১৭ ডিগ্রি সেলসিয়াস সর্বোচ্চ ছিল। এই বছর সবথেকে বেশি তাপমাত্রা বৃদ্ধি হয়েছিল দক্ষিণ-পশ্চিমাঞ্চলীয় প্রদেশর গুইঝো (Guizhou) এবং ইউনান (Yunnan) এলাকায়। তবে অগাস্ট মাসে তাপমাত্রা কতটা বৃৃদ্ধি পায় এখন সেটাই দেখার। চিন প্রশাসন সূত্রের খবর, চলতি মাসে তাপমাত্রা খুব একটা কমার সম্ভাবনা নেই।
