তালিবান (Taliban) ২.০ সরকার ক্ষমতায় আসার পর ক্রমশ আফগানিস্তানের (Afghanistan) মহিলাদের জীবনে ফের অন্ধকার নেমে আসতে শুরু করে। তালিবান ক্ষমতা দখলের পর আফগানিস্তানের মহিলাদের পড়াশোনা, চাকরির উপর নিষেধাজ্ঞা জারি করে নতুনভাবে। যার জেরে আফগানিস্তানে মেয়েদের পড়াশোনা কার্যত বন্ধ হতে শুরু করে। আফগানিস্তানে মেয়েদের জন্য এক হাজার দিনের শিক্ষায় নিষেধাজ্ঞার কারণে তাঁদের জীবন থেকে তিন বিলিয়ন ঘণ্টা নষ্ট হয়েছে। এমনই জানানো হয় ইউনিসেফের তরফে।
