বন্ধুর (Friend) সঙ্গে বিচ্ছেদ মানতে না পেরে আত্মহত্যা করল দ্বাদশ শ্রেণির এক ছাত্রী। রিপোর্টে প্রকাশ, মালদার (Malda) ওই ছাত্রী নিজেরই এক বান্ধবীর সঙ্গে সম্পর্কে জড়ান। যা মেনে নিতে পারেননি তাঁর বাড়ির লোক। সমকামী সম্পর্ক মেনে নিতে না পারাতেই, দ্বাদশ শ্রেণির ওই ছাত্রী আত্মহত্যা (Suicide) করে বলে খবর। গত ১ ডিসেম্বর মালদার ওই ছাত্রীর মৃতদেহ উদ্ধার করা হয়। মৃতদেহ উদ্ধারের পর মৃত ছাত্রীর বাড়ির তরফে তার বান্ধবীর বিরুদ্ধে দায়ের করা হয় অভিযোগ।
