Sandeshkhali: সন্দেশখালিকাণ্ডে সিবিআই তদন্তের নির্দেশ, হাইকোর্টের রায়কে চ্যালেঞ্জ ছুঁড়ে সুপ্রিম কোর্টে রাজ্য সরকার
আগামী ২৯ এপ্রিল সুপ্রিম কোর্টের বিচারপতি বিআর গাভাই এবং সন্দীপ মেহতার ডিভিশন বেঞ্চে এই মামলার শুনানি হবে।
কলকাতা হাইকোর্টের নির্দেশ সন্দেশখালি ঘটনার তদন্তভার নিয়েছে সিবিআই (CBI)। তদন্তের দায়িত্ব নেওয়ার পর থেকে সেখানে অভিযান চালাচ্ছে কেন্দ্রীয় সংস্থা। শুক্রবার ফের সন্দেশখালিতে (Sandeshkhali) হানা দিয়ে শেখ শাহজাহানের এক ঘনিষ্ঠ আত্মীয়ের বাড়ি থেকে প্রচুর পরিমাণে আগ্নেয়াস্ত্র উদ্ধার করেছে সিবিআই। সন্দেশখালিকাণ্ডে হাইকোর্টের সিবিআই তদন্তের নির্দেশকে চ্যালেঞ্জ জানিয়ে সুপ্রিম কোর্টের (Supreme Court) দারস্ত হয়েছে রাজ্য সরকার। আগামী ২৯ এপ্রিল সুপ্রিম কোর্টের বিচারপতি বিআর গাভাই এবং সন্দীপ মেহতার ডিভিশন বেঞ্চে এই মামলার শুনানি হবে।
