চিঠিতে বলা হয়েছে, পসকো মামলার কারণে ধর্ষিতা কিশোরী ও তাঁর পরিবারের পরিচয় যাতে প্রকাশ না পায় তা দেখার দায়িত্ব পুলিশ প্রশাসনের। সেখানে ইতিমধ্যেই ঐ কিশোরীর পোস্টমর্টেম রিপোর্ট প্রকাশ পেয়েছে এবং বিভিন্ন সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া প্ল্যাটফর্মে সেই রিপোর্ট ভাইরাল হয়েছে
উত্তর দিনাজপুরের কালিয়াগঞ্জকাণ্ডে জাতীয় শিশু সুরক্ষা কমিশনের তরফ থেকে চিঠি পাঠানো হল পশ্চিমবঙ্গের ডিজিপি মনোজ মালব্যর কাছে। চিঠিতে বলা হয়েছে, পসকো মামলার কারণে ধর্ষিতা কিশোরী ও তাঁর পরিবারের পরিচয় যাতে প্রকাশ না পায় তা দেখার দায়িত্ব পুলিশ প্রশাসনের। সেখানে ইতিমধ্যেই ঐ কিশোরীর পোস্টমর্টেম রিপোর্ট প্রকাশ পেয়েছে এবং বিভিন্ন সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া প্ল্যাটফর্মে সেই রিপোর্ট ভাইরাল হয়েছে, যার ফলে ওই কিশোরীর পাশাপাশি তার পিতামাতার পরিচয়ও প্রকাশ করা হয়েছে। অবিলম্বে সেই ঘটনার যথাযথ তদন্ত করার নির্দেশ দিয়েছে জাতীয় শিশু সুরক্ষা কমিশন।
