৫ জানুয়ারি সন্দেশখালিতে (Sandeshkhali) ইডি এবং কেন্দ্রীয় বাহিনীর উপর হামলার ঘটনায় মূল অভিযুক্ত শেখ শাহজাহান (Sheikh Shahjahan) রয়েছে সিবিআই (CBI) হেফাজতে। ঘটনার সঙ্গে যুক্ত ১৫ জনকে শনিবার জিজ্ঞাসাবাদের জন্যে তলব করেছিল কেন্দ্রীয় তদন্তকারী সংস্থা। তালিকায় অন্যতম শাহজাহানের ভাই শেখ আলমগীর। জিজ্ঞাসাবাদের জন্যে নিজাম প্যালেসে পৌঁছেছেন তিনি। বেলা ১২টা নাগাদ শুরু হয়েছে জিজ্ঞাসাবাদ পর্ব। এর আগে ১৪ মার্চ আলমগীর সহ ৭ জনকে সমন পাঠিয়েছিল সিবিআই। কিন্তু সেবার সমনে সাড়া দেননি তিনি।
