RG Kar Case: 'ফাঁসানো হয়েছে, ধর্ষণ, খুন করিনি', সাজা ঘোষণার দিন আদালতে দাবি আরজি কর-কাণ্ডের অভিযুক্ত সঞ্জয় রায়ের
সোমবার দুপুর পৌনে তিনটে নাগাদ আরজিকর-কাণ্ডে (RG Kar Case) অভিযুক্ত সঞ্জয় রায়ের (Sanjay Roy) সাজা ঘোষণা করা হবে। শেষ পর্যন্ত সঞ্জয় রায়ের কী শাস্তি হবে, এমন প্রশ্নে তোলপাড় গোটা রাজ্য। এদিকে সোমবার শিয়ালদহ আদালতে সঞ্জয় রায়কে তোলা হলে, আরজিকর-কাণ্ডের মূল অভিযুক্ত দাবি করে, সে কোনও অপরাধ করেনি। কর্মরত চিকিৎসকের ধর্ষণ এবং খুন-কাণ্ডে সে জড়িত নয় বলে দাবি করে সঞ্জয় রায়। শাস্তি ঘোষণার দিন সঞ্জয় রায় আদালতে হাজির হয়ে দাবি করে, 'আমি খুন করিনি। ধর্ষণও করিনি। আমায় মিথ্যে মামলায় ফাঁসানো হয়েছে।' বিচারকের উদ্দেশে সঞ্জয় রায়কে বলতে শোনা যায়, 'আপনি সব দেখতে পাচ্ছেন। আমি নিরপরাধ। এমনকী আমায় অত্যাচার করা হয়েছে।'
