West Bengal: জলপাইগুড়িতে উদ্ধার তিনটি ক্যাঙারু, কোথা থেকে এল! শুরু তদন্ত, গ্রেফতারি

অস্ট্রেলিয়ার জাতীয় পশু ক্যাঙারু ঘুরে বেড়াচ্ছে বাঙলার রাস্তায়! গতকাল, শুক্রবার রাতে জলপাইগুড়ি (Jalpaiguri)-র গজলডোবা এলাকা থেকে দুটি ক্যাঙারু (Kangaroos) উদ্ধার করা হয়। উদ্ধারের পর বনদফতরের কর্মীরা জানান, দুটিই শাবক ক্যাঙারু। এই ঘটনার কিছু পরই বৈকন্ঠপুরে ফাড়াবাড়ি নেপালি বস্তি এলাকা থেকে আরও একটি ক্যাঙারু শাবককে উদ্ধার করা হয়। প্রাথমিক ধারণা, জলপাইগুড়িতে উদ্ধার হওয়া প্রাণীগুলিকে অন্যত্র পাচার করা হচ্ছিল। পাচারে জড়িত থাকার সন্দেহে ইমরাম শেখ ও ভায়েদ শেখ নামে হায়দরাবাদের দুই বাসিন্দাকে আটক করা হয়েছে।
