Lokepur Bomb Blast: লোকপুরে বোমা বিস্ফোরণে কাণ্ডে অভিযুক্ত বাবলু মণ্ডলের দশ বছরের জেল

বোলপুরের লোকপুরে বোমা বিস্ফোরণের ঘটনায় দোষী সাব্যস্ত বাবলু মণ্ডলকে ১০ বছরের সশ্রম কারাদণ্ডের সাজা দিল বিশেষ NIA আদালত। ২০১৯ সালের ২০ সেপ্টেম্বর বীরভূমের লোকপুরের গাংপুর গ্রামে তার বাড়িতে হওয়া বিস্ফোরণ কাণ্ডে বাবলু মণ্ডলের কারাদণ্ডের পাশাপাশি ১০ হাজার টাকার আর্থিক জরিমানাও করা হল বাবলু মণ্ডলকে। ২০২২ সালের সেপ্টেম্বরে এই মামলায় ৫০ পাতার চার্জশিট দেয় এনআইএ। চার্জশিটে বলা হয়েছিলয়, এলাকায় সন্ত্রাস করতে বাবলু মণ্ডলের সহমতিতেই বাড়িতে বোমা মজুত করেছিল তার ২ ছেলে মৃত্যুঞ্জয় ও নিরঞ্জন।

গত বৃহস্পতিবার এই মামলায় বাবলু মণ্ডলকে বিস্ফোরক আইনের ৩ ও ৫ নম্বর ধারায় দোষী সাব্যস্ত করে NIA আদালত। সঙ্গে দোষী সাব্যস্ত হয় তার ২ ছেলেও।
