130th Constitutional Amendment Bill: ১৩০তম সংবিধান সংশোধনী বিল দেশের গণতন্ত্রের উপর প্রাণঘাতী আঘাত, বললেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়
কেন্দ্রের প্রস্তাবিত ১৩০তম সংবিধান সংশোধনী বিলের তীব্র বিরোধিতা করেছেন। আজ এক এক্স পোস্টে তিনি এই বিলকে দেশের গণতন্ত্রের উপর প্রাণঘাতী আঘাত আখ্যা দিয়েছেন। তাঁর অভিযোগ, এই পদক্ষেপ আসলে সুপার ইমার্জেন্সির থেকেও ভয়ঙ্কর, যা ভারতের গণতন্ত্র ও যুক্তরাষ্ট্রীয় কাঠামো চিরতরে ধ্বংস করে দেবে।
মুখ্যমন্ত্রী অভিযোগ করেন, এই বিলের মাধ্যমে আদালতের সাংবিধানিক ক্ষমতা খর্ব করতে চাইছে কেন্দ্র। বিচারব্যবস্থার স্বাধীনতা কেড়ে নিয়ে তা পক্ষপাতদুষ্ট শক্তির হাতে তুলে দেওয়ার চেষ্টা চলছে। তাঁর অভিযোগ, আদালতকে দুর্বল করা মানেই জনগণকে দুর্বল করা। এই বিলের উদ্দেশ্যই একদলীয় শাসন প্রতিষ্ঠা করা, যেখানে প্রধানমন্ত্রী ও কেন্দ্রীয় স্বরাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রী অযাচিত ক্ষমতা পাবেন।
