WFI Elections: কুস্তি ফেডারেশনের নির্বাচন ২১ ডিসেম্বর
যৌন হেনস্থা কাণ্ডে নাম জড়ানো বিজেপি সাংসদ ব্রিজভূষণ সিং শরণ সিং কাণ্ডের ধাক্কা কাটিয়ে অবশেষে ভারতীয় কুস্তি ফেডারেশনে নির্বাচন হতে চলেছে।
যৌন হেনস্থা কাণ্ডে নাম জড়ানো বিজেপি সাংসদ ব্রিজভূষণ রণ সিং কাণ্ডের ধাক্কা কাটিয়ে অবশেষে ভারতীয় কুস্তি ফেডারেশনে নির্বাচন হতে চলেছে। ঠিক সময়ে নির্বাচন না হওয়ায় ভারতীয় কুস্তি ফেডারেশনকে সাসপেন্ড করেছে আন্তর্জাতিক কুস্তি ফেডারেশন। সব জটিলতা কাটিয়ে এবার আগামী ২১ ডিসেম্বরে দেশের কুস্তি ফেডারেশনে নির্বাচন হবে। গত ১২ অগাস্ট ভারতের কুস্তি ফেডারেশনে সভাপতি সহ যাবতীয় পদে নির্বাচন ছিল। কিন্তু আদালতের নির্দেশে সেই নির্বাচন পিছিয়ে দেওয়া হয়। দেশের বেশ কিছু কুস্তিগীর-রা তার বিরুদ্ধে যৌন হেনস্থার অভিযোগ তোলায় দেশজুড়ে প্রতিবাদের পর কুস্তি ফেডারেশনের প্রধানের পদ ছাড়তে হয় বিজেপি সাংসদ ব্রিজভূষণ শরণকে।
ভারতীয় কুস্তি কে বা কারা পরিচালনা করবেন সেই নির্বাচনের ফল প্রকাশ পাবে ২১ ডিসেম্বরই। এমন কথা জানালেন রিটার্নিং পোলিং অফিসার।
