Cyclone Michaung: সাইক্লোন মিগজাউমের বন্যায় চেন্নাইয়ে নদীর জলে মিশেছে তেল, পরিষ্কারে ৩০০ কর্মী
ক দিন আগেই সাইক্লোন মিগজাউমে চেন্নাইকে তছনছ হতে দেখেছে গোটা বিশ্ব। মিগজাউমের প্রভাবে ব্যাপক বৃষ্টিতে চেন্নাইয়ের অধিকাংশ এলাকায় বন্যার কবলে পড়ে।
ক দিন আগেই সাইক্লোন মিগজাউমে চেন্নাইকে তছনছ হতে দেখেছে গোটা বিশ্ব। মিগজাউমের প্রভাবে ব্যাপক বৃষ্টিতে চেন্নাইয়ের অধিকাংশ এলাকায় বন্যার কবলে পড়ে। সেই বন্যায় বড় একটি ক্ষতি হয়ে যায়। চেন্নাই পেট্রোলিয়ামের কর্পোরেশন লিমিটেড (CPCL)-এর বেশ কয়েক টন তেল বন্যার পর নদীর জলে ভেসে যায়।
পাশাপাশি সিপিসিএলের তেল ঢুকে পড়ে কাদালুমের বসতি অঞ্চলের। বন্যার জল পুরোপুরি নেমে যাওয়ার পর অত্যাধুনিক প্রযুক্তির মাধ্যমে ৭৫টি বোটে ৩০০ জন শ্রমিকের সাহায্য নদীর জল থেক তেল সরিয়ে পরিষ্কারের কাজ চলছে।
