Wayanad Parliamentary Constituency: ওয়েনাড উপনির্বাচনের জন্য মনোনয়ন পত্র জমা দেবেন কংগ্রেস নেত্রী প্রিয়াঙ্কা গান্ধী, চলছে তাঁর প্রস্তুতি
বুধবার ওয়েনাড উপনির্বাচনের জন্য মনোনয়ন জমা দিচ্ছেন কংগ্রেস নেত্রী তথা দলের সাধারণ সম্পাদক প্রিয়াঙ্কা গান্ধী। মনোনয়ন পত্র জমা দেওয়ার সময় প্রিয়াঙ্কার সঙ্গে থাকবেন তাঁর মা সনিয়া গান্ধী এবং ভাই রাহুল গান্ধী সহ কংগ্রেসের শীর্ষ নেতারা। সকালেই নিজের পূর্বতন সংসদীয় কেন্দ্রে এসে পৌছান রাহুল গান্ধী।

কংগ্রেস সূত্রে খবর, মনোনয়ন জমা দেওয়ার আগে সকাল ১১টা নাগাদ কালপেট্টার নতুন বাসস্ট্যান্ড থেকে রাহুল এবং প্রিয়াঙ্কা গান্ধীর মেগা রোড শো শুরু হবে। বেলা ১২টা নাগাদ জেলা কালেক্টরের অফিসে পৌঁছে প্রিয়াঙ্কা কালপেট্টার রিটার্নিং অফিসারের কাছে মনোনয়ন পত্র জমা দেবেন। রাহুল গান্ধীর ছেড়ে দেওয়া আসনে গান্ধী পরিবারেরই আরেক সদস্য লড়াই করায় খুশি স্থানীয় কংগ্রেস কর্মীসহ কেরল কংগ্রেস।আগামী ১৩ নভেম্বর ঝাড়খণ্ডের প্রথম দফার বিধানসভা নির্বাচনের সঙ্গেই ওয়েনাড কেন্দ্রে উপনির্বাচন হবে। ফলঘোষণা আগামী ২৩ নভেম্বর।
