ভরতের বিদেশ সচিব (Foreign Secretary) পদে আজ থেকে দায়িত্ব নিলেন বিনয় কোয়াত্রা (Vinay Kwatra)। হর্ষ বর্ধন শ্রিংলার (Harsh Vardhan Shringla) স্থলাভিষিক্ত হলেন ১৯৮৮ ব্যাচের এই ইন্ডিয়ান ফরেন সার্ভিস (IFS) অফিসার। শ্রিংলা শনিবার চাকরি থেকে অবসর নিয়েছেন। বিদেশ সচিবের দায়িত্ব নেওয়ার আগে কোয়াত্রা নেপালে ভারতের রাষ্ট্রদূত হিসেবে দায়িত্ব পালন করেছেন।
