গোটা উত্তর ভারত (North India) জুড়ে ভারি থেকে অতি ভারি বৃষ্টি শুরু হয়েছে। এক নাগাড়ে বৃষ্টির জেরে এখনও পর্যন্ত উত্তর ভারত জুড়ে ৩৭ জনের মৃত্যু হয়েছে। যার মধ্যে হিমাচল প্রদেশের অবস্থা সবচেয়ে ভয়াবহ। হিমাচচলের পর এবার উত্তরাখণ্ডে (Uttarakhand) জারি করা হল লাল সতর্কতা। উত্তর-পশ্চিম উত্তরপ্রদেশকেও বৃষ্টি নিয়ে সতর্ক করা হয় মৌসম ভবনের তরফে। পাশাপাশি দিল্লি সহ গোটা এনসিআর জুড়ে হালকা থেকে মাঝারি বৃষ্টিপাত মহ্গলবার হবে বলে জানানো হয় আবহাওয়া দফতরের তরফে।
