PIL Against VP And Law Minister:বিচারপতি নিয়োগ নিয়ে কটাক্ষের জের, জনস্বার্থে মামলা দায়ের ধনখড় ও রিজিজুর বিরুদ্ধে
কলেজিয়াম বিতর্কে কেন্দ্র এবং বিচারব্যবস্থার বিবাদ প্রসঙ্গে সুপ্রিম কোর্টকে কটাক্ষ করেছিলেন উপরাষ্ট্রপতি জগদীপ ধনখড় ও আইনমন্ত্রী কিরেন রিজিজু. এবার তাঁদের বিরুদ্ধে জনস্বার্থে মামলা দায়ের হল বম্বে হাই কোর্টে।
কলেজিয়াম বিতর্কে কেন্দ্র এবং বিচারব্যবস্থার বিবাদ প্রসঙ্গে সুপ্রিম কোর্টকে (Supreme Court) কটাক্ষ করেছিলেন উপরাষ্ট্রপতি জগদীপ ধনখড় (Jagdeep Dhankhar) ও আইনমন্ত্রী কিরেন রিজিজু (Kiren Rijiju)। এবার তাঁদের বিরুদ্ধে জনস্বার্থে মামলা দায়ের হল বম্বে হাই কোর্টে। বম্বে লইয়ার্স অ্যাসোসিয়েশন নামে আইনজীবীদের একটি সংগঠন এই মামলা করেছে বলে জানা গিয়েছে। পিটিশনে বলা হয়েছে তারা চায় যে হাইকোর্ট যেন তাদের সরকারী দায়িত্ব পালন থেকে বিরত রাখে এবং ঘোষণা করে যে উভয়ই তাদের আচরণ এবং তাদের বিবৃতির মাধ্যমে ভারতের সংবিধানে বিশ্বাসের অভাব দেখিয়ে তাদের সাংবিধানিক পদকে অযোগ্য ঘোষণা করেছে।
A PIL is filed in Bombay HC yesterday by the Bombay Lawyers association against Vice President Jagdeep Dhankar and Union Law Minister Kiren Rijiju for their recent statements on the judiciary.

The petition seeks that the HC restrains them from discharging their official duties and declare that both are disqualified from holding their constitutional posts by showing a lack of faith in the constitution of India through their public conduct and their statements.
