ভয়াবহ বন্যার কবলে পড়ল বিহারের ভাগলপুর জেলা (Bihar Flood)। হাসপাতালে রোগী নিয়ে যাওয়াতেও বিপত্তি। তাই হাসপাতালে রোগী নিয়ে যাওয়ার জন্য নৌকার ব্যবস্থা করা হল।
ভয়াবহ বন্যার কবলে পড়ল বিহারের ভাগলপুর জেলা (Bihar Flood)। হাসপাতালে রোগী নিয়ে যাওয়াতেও বিপত্তি। তাই হাসপাতালে রোগী নিয়ে যাওয়ার জন্য নৌকার ব্যবস্থা করা হল। গঙ্গা মণ্ডল নামের ওই ব্যক্তি খুবই অসুস্থ ছিলেন। তাঁকে প্রাথমিক চিকিৎসার জন্য ক্যাম্পে নিয়ে গেলেও তাঁকে হাসপাতালে নিয়ে যাওয়ার দরকার পড়ে। কিন্তু আর কোনও ব্যবস্থা না থাকায় গ্রামের বাসিন্দারা নৌকায় চড়িয়ে তাঁকে হাসপাতালে নিয়ে যাওয়ার ব্যবস্থা করেন। গ্রাম প্রধান জানিয়েছেন, তাঁদের কাছে ভাল নৌকার ব্যবস্থা নেই এবং প্রয়োজনীয় জিনিসপত্রও তাঁরা পাচ্ছেন না।

Gangamandal, the patient, was severely ill. He was taken to a camp & was given primary treatment. He was further taken to the hospital. Villagers made the boat in absence of any other facility.
