Vande Bharat Food: বন্দেভারতের খাবারের দইয়ে ছত্রাক, যাত্রীর অভিযোগ পেয়ে কী বলল আইআরসিটিসি

উত্তরাখণ্ডের দেরাদুন থেকে দিল্লির আনন্দ বিহার বন্দে ভারত এক্সপ্রেসে উঠেছিলেন এক যাত্রী। এক্সিকিউটিভ ক্লাসের সেই যাত্রী অভিযোগ করেন তাঁর খাওয়ারে দেওয়া দইয়ে ছত্রাক দেখা গিয়েছে। বন্দে ভারতের এক্সিকিউটিভ ক্লাসে দেওয়া খাবারে ছত্রাকের ছবি দিয়ে সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় ছবি আপলোড করে হতাশা প্রকাশ করে সেই যাত্রী। তারপরই আইআরটিসি-র পক্ষ থেকে সেই যাত্রীর কাছ থেকে PNR ও মোবাইল ন্মবর ডিএম করতে বলে।

যাত্রীর কাছে এই ঘটনার জন্য ক্ষমা চাওয়া হয়েছে IRCTC-র পক্ষ থেকে। অভিযোগ পাওয়ার ঠিক পরেই ট্রেনের ভিতর থাকা সুপার ভাইজার সেখানে যায় এবং দইটি পাল্টে দেওয়া হয়। এক্সপাইরি ডেটের মধ্যেই দইয়ের প্যাকটি ছিল বলে তাদের পক্ষ থেকে জানোন হয়েছে। দইয়ের প্রস্তুতাকীর সংস্থার কাছে বিষয়টি তোলা হয়েছে বলে IRCTC জানায়।

Sir, our sincere apology for the inconvenience caused. The matter was immediately attended by onboard supervisor and replaced the curd immediately. Further, curd pack was within the expiry date. The issue is being raised with the manufacturer.
