কর্ণাটকে (Karnataka) জারি করা হল রাত্রিকালীন কারফিউ (Night Curfew)। রাত ১০টা থেকে ভোর ৫টা পর্যন্ত চলবে কারফিউ। ২৮ ডসেম্বর থেকে আগামী ৭ জানুয়ারি পর্যন্ত চলবে রাত্রিকালীন কারফিউ। বেঙ্গালুরুর পুলিশ কমিশনার কমল পন্থ ওই খবর জানিয়েছেন।

ওমিক্রন (Omicron) আতঙ্কের জেরে এর আগে কেরল, উত্তরপ্রদেশও রাত্রিকালীন কারফিউয়ের নির্দেশ জারি করা হয়ে সে রাজ্যের সরকারের তরফে।
