রথের আগে পুরীর রেলব্যবস্থা খতিয়ে দেখবেন তিনি
বেশ কিছুদিন আগেই ওড়িশায় ভয়াবহ রেল দুর্ঘটনা দেখেছে দেশ। সেই ঘটনা যাতে পুনরায় না ঘটে তার জন্য এবার রথের আগে পুরীতে আসছেন কেন্দ্রীয় রেলমন্ত্রী অশ্বিনী বৈষ্ণব। সোমবার সন্ধ্যেবেলায় পুরীতে পৌছবেন তিনি।৩ দিনের ওড়িশায় সফর রয়েছে তাঁর।
পুরীর স্টেশনের যাবতীয় ব্যবস্থা খতিয়ে দেখবেন তিনি।এর পাশাপাশি তিনি যাবেন বাহানাগা বাজারের কাছে। সেখানকার সাধারণ মানুষের সঙ্গে কথা বলবেন তিনি।
জুনের ২ তারিখ ভয়াবহ দুর্ঘটনা ঘটে বাহানাগা স্টেশনের কাছে। লাইনচ্যুত হয় করমণ্ডল এক্সপ্রেস। মৃত্যু হয় ২৭৬ জনের, আহতের সংখ্যা ছড়ায় ১০০০।
