অনুষ্ঠানে উপস্থিত ছিলেন ওড়িশার মুখ্যমন্ত্রী নবীন পট্টনায়েক, কেন্দ্রীয় মন্ত্রী ধর্মেন্দ্র প্রধান এবং অন্যান্য পদাধিকারীরা।
