নয়াদিল্লি: প্রতিটি দেশে বিভিন্ন আইন প্রযোজ্য রয়েছে, উপসাগরীয় দেশগুলোতে সামান্য ভুলেও অনেক সাজা ভোগ করতে হয়। এর কারণ হলো সেখানে কঠোর আইন বলবৎ রয়েছে। ভারতের বহু মানুষ চাকরির জন্য দুবাইয়ে (Dubai) পাড়ি দেন। তেলেঙ্গনা (Telangana) রাজ্য থেকেও বহু মানুষ সে দেশে কাজের সন্ধানে গিয়ে থাকেন। এমনই কাজের সন্ধানে দুবাই যাওয়া তেলেঙ্গানার দুই ব্যক্তি তাঁদের অপরাধের জেরে গত ১৮ বছর ধরে জেলে ছিলেন। বহুদিন দুবাইতে কারাগারে বন্দী থাকা তেলেঙ্গানার বাসিন্দারা অবশেষে দেশে ফিরতে পেরেছেন। হায়দরাবাদ বিমানবন্দরে তাঁদের পরিবারের সঙ্গে আবেগপূর্ণ পুনর্মিলনের দৃশ্য সকলের নজর কেড়েছে।
