Tamil Nadu: হোস্টেলের ঘরে সিলিং থেকে চাঁই খসে পড়ে কেলেঙ্কারি কাণ্ড, আহত ৫ পড়ুয়া
জেলা প্রশাসনের তরফে, আপাতত ওই হোস্টেল বন্ধ রাখার নির্দেশ দেওয়া হয়েছে।
হোস্টেলের ঘরে সিলিং থেকে চাঁই খসে পড়ে আহত হয়েছে ছয়জন। তাঁদের মধ্যে পাঁচজন হোস্টেল পড়ুয়া কিশোরী। তামিলনাড়ুর দিন্দিগুল জেলার পালনি এলাকায় আদি দ্রাবিড়া হোস্টেলের ঘটনায় চাঞ্চল্য তৈরি হয়েছে। খবর পাওয়া মাত্রই ঘটনাস্থলে পৌঁছেছে পুলিশ। আহতদের উদ্ধার করে নিকটবর্তী হাসপাতালে নিয়ে যাওয়া হয়েছে। ঘটনার একটি অভিযোগ দায়ের করে তদন্ত শুরু করেছে পুলিশ। জেলা প্রশাসনের তরফে, আপাতত ওই হোস্টেল বন্ধ রাখার নির্দেশ দেওয়া হয়েছে। পড়ুয়াদের অভিভাবকদের খবর দেওয়া হয়, যাতে পড়ুয়ারা হোস্টেল খালি করে বাড়ি ফিরতে পারে।
