কেরল যাওয়ার পথে প্রথমে তামিলনাড়ুর বিমানবন্দরে নামেন কংগ্রেস নেতা। সেখানে তিনি অংশ নেন আদিবাসী সম্প্রদায়ের আয়োজিত অনুষ্ঠানে।
সাংসদ পদ ফিরে পাওয়ার পর আজ শনিবার নিজের কেন্দ্র ওয়ানড়ে (Wayanad) গেলেন কংগ্রেসের শীর্ষ নেতা রাহুল গান্ধী (Rahul Gandhi)। দু'দিনের সফরে ওয়ানড়ে নানা কর্মসূচিতে ব্যস্ত থাকবেন রাহুল। এদিন কেরল যাওয়ার পথে প্রথমে তামিলনাড়ুর বিমানবন্দরে নামেন কংগ্রেস নেতা। সেখানে তিনি অংশ নেন আদিবাসী সম্প্রদায়ের আয়োজিত অনুষ্ঠানে। তামিলনাড়ুর উটির কাছে মুথুনাডু গ্রামে টোডা আদিবাসী গোষ্ঠীর সদস্যদের সঙ্গে পায়ে পা মিলিয়ে আদিবাসী নৃত্য করতে দেখা যায় তাঁকে। রাহুলের গায়ে জরানো ছিল টোডাদের ঐতিহ্যবাহী শাল।
