নয়াদিল্লি: প্রবল বর্ষণে জলমগ্ন গুজরাট (Gujarat)। ভয়াবহ বন্যায় ভাসছে বিভিন্ন এলাকা। নিখোঁজ অনেকেই, ৯ জনের মৃত্যু হয়েছে বলে দাবি করা হয়েছে। বাঁধের জলস্তর বেড়ে যাওয়ায় একাধিক গেট খুলে দেওয়া হয়েছে। বিপাকে উপকূলীয় গ্রামগুলো। বিপর্যয় মোকাবিলা দল রাজ্যের বিভিন্ন জায়গায় উদ্ধার কাজ চালাচ্ছে। রাজ্যের বিভিন্ন অঞ্চলে ভারী থেকে অতি ভারী বৃষ্টিপা হচ্ছে। গুজরাটের একাধিক জেলায় লাল সতর্কতা জারি করা হয়েছে। ৩০ তারিখ পর্যন্ত মৎস্যজীবীদের সমুদ্রে যেতে নিষেধ করা হয়েছে। বন্যা মোকাবিলায় রাজ্যের মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর সঙ্গে আলোচনায় বসেছেন প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদী।
