বায়ুসেনার চিনুক হেলিকপ্টারে করে নামিবিয়া (Namibia) থেকে আনা ৮টি চিতাকে (Cheetahs) আনা হল মধ্যপ্রদেশের কুনো জাতীয় উদ্যানে (Kuno National Park)। আজ সকালেই নামিবিয়া থেকে আটটি চিতাকে নিয়ে বিশেষ কার্গো বিমান নামে গোয়ালিয়র এয়ার ফোর্স স্টেশন (Gwalior Air Force Station)। সেখানে উপস্থিত ছিলেন অসামরিক বিমান পরিবহন মন্ত্রী জ্যোতিরাদিত্য এম সিন্ধিয়া (Jyotiraditya M Scindia)। ১৯৫০-র দশকে বিলুপ্ত হয়ে যাওয়া চিতার ফের একবার বংশবৃদ্ধি করতেই আনা হয়েছে বিদেশ থেকে। নিজের জন্মদিনের সকালে এই ৮টি চিতাকে জঙ্গলে ছেড়ে দেবেন প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদী।
