মণিপুর: ঘূর্ণিঝড় রেমালের (Cyclone Remal) প্রভাবে ভারী বৃষ্টিপাত ও বজ্রপাতের কারণে মিজোরামসহ উত্তর-পূর্বাঞ্চলীয় রাজ্যগুলোতে ব্যপক ক্ষয়ক্ষতি হয়েছে। জলে ডুবে গিয়েছে অনেক জায়গা। মানুষের জাতায়াতের পথও অনেক জায়গা নষ্ট হয়েছে। এমন পরিস্থিতে ভারতীয় সেনাবাহিনী (Indian Army) এবং অসম রাইফেলস (Assam Rifles) মণিপুর (Manipur) ও মিজরামে (Mizoram) নিরলস কাজ করছে। ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত নাগরিকদের কাছে ত্রাণ পৌঁছে দেওয়ার জন্য তাঁরা সবরকম চেষ্টা চালিয়ে যাচ্ছেন।
