সাতসকালে মিডিয়া জগতে দুঃসংবাদ। প্রয়াত মিডিয়া টাইকুন রামোজি রাও (Ramoji Rao)। মৃত্যুকালে তাঁর বয়স হয়েছিল ৮৭ বছর। শনিবার ভোর ৩.৪৫ নাগাদ হায়দরাবাদের একটি বেসরকারি হাসপাতালে তিনি শেষ নিঃশ্বাস ত্যাগ করেন তিনি। দীর্ঘদিন ধরেই শ্বাসকষ্ট ও উচ্চরক্তচাপজনিত সমস্যায় ভুগছিলেন রামোজি ফিল্ম সিটি ও ইটিভি নেটওয়ার্কের কর্ণধার। গত ৫ জুন রামোজির একটি বেসরকারি হাসপাতালে ভর্তি করানো হয়েছিল। সেখানেই চলছিল তাঁর চিকিৎসা। তাঁর মৃত্যুতে শোকস্তব্ধ মিডিয়া ও বিনোদন জগত। শোকপ্রকাশ করেছেন স্বয়ং প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদী।
