নয়াদিল্লিঃ টানা বৃষ্টিতে বিপর্যস্ত হিমাচল প্রদেশের (Himachal Pradesh) মান্ডি(Mandi)। মঙ্গলবার সকালে নিহরি এলাকায় ধসে চাপা পড়ে মৃত্যু তিনজনের। ওই এলাকায় ইতিমধ্যেই শুরু হয়েছে উদ্ধারকার্য। বৃষ্টির কারণে ব্যাপক ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত মান্ডির ধরমপুর শহর। বন্ধ দোকানপাট। মাটির তলায় চাপা পড়েছে গাড়ি। অন্যদিকে বৃষ্টিতে আচমকা বেড়ে গিয়ে বিভিন্ন নদীর জলস্তর। জল ঢুকছে বিভিন্ন এলাকায়। জলের তোড়ে ভেসে গিয়েছে বাস ও বেশ কয়েকটি গাড়ি।
