গতকাল আকষ্মিক মৃত্যু হয়েছে বিশিষ্ট সঙ্গীতশিল্পী জুবিন গর্গের। অসমের ভূমিপুত্রের এভাবে চলে যাওয়া একেবারেই মেনে নিতে পারছেন না রাজ্যবাসী।
গতকাল আকষ্মিক মৃত্যু হয়েছে বিশিষ্ট সঙ্গীতশিল্পী জুবিন গর্গের (Zubeen Garg)। অসমের ভূমিপুত্রের এভাবে চলে যাওয়া একেবারেই মেনে নিতে পারছেন না রাজ্যবাসী। গতকাল বিভিন্ন জায়গায় মোমবাতি মিছিল করেন তাঁর ভক্তরা। শোকপ্রকাশ করেছেন রাজ্যের মুখ্যমন্ত্রী হেমন্ত বিশ্বশর্মা। এদিকে শিল্পীর মৃত্যুতে শনিবার রাজ্যের সমস্ত স্কুলে অর্ধবার্ষিকী পরীক্ষা স্থগিত রাখার নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন রাজ্যের শিক্ষামন্ত্রী রনোজ পেগু। নির্দেশিকায় স্কুল ইন্সপেক্টরদের পরীক্ষা পিছিয়ে দেওয়ার নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন তিনি। সূত্রের খবর, শনিবারের মধ্যেই শেষকৃত্য সম্পন্ন হওয়ার কথা জুবিন গর্গের।
