পুলিশের গুলিতে ১৭ বছরের এক বালকের মৃত্যুর ঘটনায় উত্তাল হয়ে উঠল ফ্রান্স। ঘটনাটি ঘটেছে পশ্চিম প্যারিসে। ঘটনার জেরে আটক করা হয়েছে ৬৬৭ জনকে। ফ্রান্সের গৃহমন্ত্রী জেরাল্ড ডারমানিন জানিয়েছেন, তাঁর কঠোর নির্দেশের ভিত্তিতেই পুলিশ অফিসাররা কঠোরভাবে এই বিক্ষোভকে দমন করেছেন।
এর আগে পেনশন বিলকে কেন্দ্র করে একদা উত্তাল হয়ে ওঠে ফ্রান্স। পেনশন বিল রদের দাবিতে রাস্তায় নামে একাধিক মানুষ। শুক্রবারের ঘটনায় আবার নতুন করে তৈরি হওয়া বিক্ষোভ কঠোর ভাবে দমন করল প্রশাসন।
