ডিআরডিওর প্নেনারি সেশনের একটি অনুষ্ঠানে যোগ দিয়ে উন্নত প্রতিরক্ষা সরঞ্জাম তৈরীর ওপর জোর দেন তিনি
ভবিষ্যতের কথা মাথায় রেখে সেনার জন্য উচ্চমানের, নিরাপদ এবং বিশ্বস্তমানের উপকরণ তৈরীর কথা জানালোন প্রতিরক্ষামন্ত্রী রাজনাথ সিং। এর পাশাপাশি প্রতিরক্ষার সরঞ্জাম তৈরী সংস্থাগুলিকে তিনি উন্নত মানের অস্ত্র তৈরীর কথা জানান যা আর্ন্তজাতিক মাধ্যমেও প্রতিযোগীতা করতে সক্ষম হয়।
ডিআরডিওর প্নেনারি সেশনের একটি অনুষ্ঠানে যোগ দিতে গিয়ে তিনি জানান, শুধুমাত্র গুনগতমানসম্পন্ন উপকরনগুলিই আর্ন্তজাতিক বাজারে চাহিদা রয়েছে।
প্রতিরক্ষামন্ত্রকের পক্ষ থেকে জানানো হয়েছে যে, এই অনুষ্ঠানে যোগ দিয়েছিলেন ডিআরডিওর ডিরেক্টর জেনারেল, ডিরেক্টর, ডিআরডিও ল্যাবরেটরির কোয়ালিটি হেড এবং বিভিন্ন প্রতিরক্ষা মন্ত্রকের অন্যান্য সদস্যরা।
