এবার ফের লালু প্রসাদ যাদব (Lalu Prasad Yadav) এবং তেজস্বীকে (Tejashwi Yadav)) সমন পাঠাল আদালত। জমি দুর্নীতির অভিযোগে ফের তেজস্বী এবং বিহারের প্রাক্তন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী লালু প্রসাদ যাদবকে সমন পাঠায় আদালত। লালু তেজস্বীর পাশাপাশি রাবড়ি দেবী-সহ আরও ১৪ জনকে জমি দুর্নীতির অভিযোগে সমন পাঠানো হয়েছে বলে খবর। দিল্লির (Delhi) রাউস অ্যাভিনিউ কোর্টের তরফে লালু প্রসাদ, রাবড়ি দেবী এবং তেজস্বী যাদবকে এবার সমন পাঠানো হয়েছে বলে খবর। ইউপিএ সরকারের আমলে লালু প্রসাদ যাদব যখন রেলমন্ত্রী ছিলেন, সেই সময় অর্থের বিনিময়ে জমি প্রদান করা হয় বলে অভিযোগ ওঠে। যা পরে জমি দুর্নীতি হিসেবে চিহ্নিত হলে, লালু প্রসাদ, তাঁর স্ত্রী এবং পুত্রকে সমন পাঠানো হয়।
