আরো একবার জামিনের আবেদন খারিজ হলো দিল্লির উপমুখ্যমন্ত্রী মনীশ সিসোদিয়ার। সিসোদিয়াকে আরো জিজ্ঞাসাবাদের প্রয়োজন বলে সিবিআইএর আইনজীবী আবেদন জানিয়েছিলেন।
আবগারি দুর্নীতি মামলায় কেজরিওয়ালের সবচেয়ে কাছের সিসোদিয়ার বিচারবিভাগীয় হেফাজতের মেয়াদ বাড়িয়ে ১৯ জানুয়ারি করলো দিল্লি আদালত। চলতি বছর ২৬ ফেব্রুয়ারি দিল্লির উপমুখ্যমন্ত্রীকে গ্রেফতার করেছিল ED। এরপর মনীশকে হেফাজতে নেয় CBI।
