National Conference of District Judiciary: জেলা বিচার বিভাগের জাতীয় সম্মেলনে প্রধানমন্ত্রীকে সম্মান প্রদান, স্মরক তুলে দিলেন সুপ্রিম বিচারপতি ডিওইয়াই চন্দ্রচূড়

সুপ্রিম কোর্টের ৭৫'তম প্রতিষ্ঠাবার্ষিকী উপলক্ষ্যে শনিবার দিল্লির 'ভারত মণ্ডপ' সম্মেলন কেন্দ্রে জেলা বিচার বিভাগের জাতীয় সম্মেলনের (National Conference of District Judiciary) আয়োজন করা হয়েছিল। অনুষ্ঠানে উপস্থিত ছিলেন সুপ্রিম কোর্টের প্রধান বিচারপতি ডিওইয়াই চন্দ্রচূড় (DY Chandrachud) সহ অন্যান্য বিচারপতিরা। বিশেষ অতিথি হয়ে পৌঁছে গিয়েছিলেন প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদী (Narendra Modi)। জেলা বিচার বিভাগের ২ দিনের জাতীয় সম্মেলনের উদ্বোধনী অনুষ্ঠানে প্রধানমন্ত্রীর হাতে স্মারক তুলে দিয়ে তাঁকে সম্মান জানালেন চিফ জাস্টিস অফ ইন্ডিয়া। আরজি করে মহিলা জুনিয়র চিকিৎসক ধর্ষণ এবং খুনের ঘটনায় যখন তোলপাড় গোটা দেশ তখন এদিনের অনুষ্ঠান সভায় নারী নিরাপত্তার প্রসঙ্গ উঠল মোদীর ভাষণে।
