জিজ্ঞাসাবাদে অভিযুক্তরা জানিয়েছে, বাবা সিদ্দিকি এবং ছেলে জিশান দুজনেই তাদের নিশানায় ছিলেন। বাবা-ছেলের মধ্যে সামনে যাকে পাবে তাঁকেই গুলি করার নির্দেশ দেওয়া হয়েছিল তাদের।
Baba Siddique Murder Case: বাবা সিদ্দিকি একা নন, ছেলে জিশান সিদ্দিকিও আততায়ীদের নিশানায় ছিলেন। এনসিপি নেতা (অজিতপন্থী) তথা মহারাষ্ট্রের প্রাক্তন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী বাবা সিদ্দিকিকে (Baba Siddique) শনিবার রাতে তাঁর ছেলের অফিসের বাইরে গুলি করে খুন করা হয়। দুই অভিযুক্ত এবং এক চক্রীকে গ্রেফতার করেছে মুম্বই পুলিশ। পুলিশ সূত্রে খবর, জিজ্ঞাসাবাদে অভিযুক্তরা জানিয়েছে, বাবা সিদ্দিকি এবং ছেলে জিশান দুজনেই তাদের নিশানায় ছিলেন। বাবা-ছেলের মধ্যে সামনে যাকে পাবে তাঁকেই গুলি করার নির্দেশ দেওয়া হয়েছিল তাদের। জিশান এবং বাবা সিদ্দিকি দুজনকেই খুনের বরাত দেওয়া হয়েছিল বলে জেরায় পুলিশকে জানিয়েছে অভিযুক্তরা। নির্দেশ মতই শনিবার রাতে নির্মল নগর এলাকায় অফিসের বাইরে বাবা সিদ্দিকিকে দেখতে পেয়ে গুলি চালায় দুষ্কৃতীরা। মুম্বই পুলিশের হাতে আসা চাঞ্চল্যকর তথ্যে নড়েচড়ে বসেছে প্রশাসন।
