Flash Floods in Afghanistan: আকষ্মিক বন্যা জলের তলায় উত্তর আফগানিস্তানের একাংশ! মৃত্যু হয়েছে কমপক্ষে ৫০ জনের, জারি উদ্ধারকাজ
ভারি বৃষ্টির কারণে বন্যার কবলে উত্তর আফগানিস্তানের (Afghanistan) বাঘলান (Baghlan) প্রদেশ। জানা যাচ্ছে, জলের তলায় চলে গিয়েছে এলাকার একাংশ। আর এই আকষ্মিক বন্যার কারণে মৃত্যু হয়েছিল কমপক্ষে ৫০ জনের। নিখোঁজ অনেকে। চলছে উদ্ধারকাজ। স্থানীয় প্রশাসনের তরফে জানানো হয়েছে এই প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগে গোজারগাঁও-ই-নূর, জেলগাহ, নাহরিন, বাঘলান-ই-মারকাজি এবং বারকা এলাকায় পরিস্থিতি সবথেকে ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ হয়েছে। আপাতত প্রশাসনের পক্ষ থেকে বন্যা কবলিত এলাকাগুলিতে ত্রাণ পাঠানোর ব্যবস্থা করা হয়েছে। সেই জল কমানোর চেষ্টা করছে প্রশাসন।
