হায়দরাবাদের সাংসদ জানিয়েছেন যে তাঁর গাড়ির টায়ার পাংচার হয়ে গিয়েছে, অন্য গাড়িতে তিনি দিল্লি রওনা দিয়েছেন।
উত্তরপ্রদেশে আসাদুদ্দিন ওয়াইসির (AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi) গাড়ি লক্ষ্য করে গুলি। এআইএমআইএম প্রধান বলেছেন যে মিরাটের কিথাউরে একটি নির্বাচনী কর্মসূচির পরে তিনি দিল্লি রওনা দিয়েছিলেন। ছাজারসি টোল প্লাজার কাছে তাঁর গাড়ির উপর ৩-৪ রাউন্ড গুলি চালানো হয়।
