চলতি বছরেই দুই দেশের মধ্যে কূটনৈতিক সম্পর্কের ৭৫ বছর পূর্ণ হয়েছে। ভারত ও মিশরের মধ্যে সেই বন্ধুত্বপূর্ণ সম্পর্কের কথা মাথায় রেখেই এই সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হয়েছে। আজ সকালে রাষ্ট্রপতি ভবনে তাঁকে স্বাগত জানান প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদী এবং রাষ্ট্রপতি দ্রৌপদী মুর্মু।
