Assam Bandh: সোমে অসমে ১২ ঘণ্টার বনধের ডাক, খাঁ খাঁ করছে রাস্তাঘাট
বন্ধ দুই জেলার সমস্ত দোকানপাট। খাঁ খাঁ করছে রাস্তাঘাট। বন্ধ সরকারি এবং বেসরকারি সমস্ত ব্যাঙ্কও। বনধের সমর্থনে সকাল থেকে রাস্তায় টায়ার জ্বালিয়ে চলেছে ইউনিয়নগুলো।
সোমবার অসমে ১২ ঘণ্টার বনধের ডাক দিয়েছে মোরান এবং মটোক সংস্থাগুলি। সকাল ৫টা থেকে বিকেল ৫টা পর্যন্ত তিনসুকিয়া (Tinsukia) এবং ডিব্রুগড়ে (Dibrugarh) চলবে বনধ। বন্ধ দুই জেলার সমস্ত দোকানপাট। খাঁ খাঁ করছে রাস্তাঘাট। বন্ধ সরকারি এবং বেসরকারি সমস্ত ব্যাঙ্কও। বনধের সমর্থনে সকাল থেকে রাস্তায় টায়ার জ্বালিয়ে চলেছে ইউনিয়নগুলো। কোনরকম বিক্ষোভের পরিস্থিতি এড়াতে পুলিশের কড়া নিরাপত্তা মোতায়েন রয়েছে বিভিন্ন জায়গায়। পুলিশের নির্দেশে বহু জায়গায় বিক্ষোভকারীদের ছত্রভঙ্গ করে দেওয়া হচ্ছে। এসটি মর্যাদার দাবিতে এই বনধের ডাক দেওয়া হয়েছে বলে জানা যাচ্ছে। ডিব্রুগড় এবং তিনসুকিয়া শহরে জুড়ে আন্দোলনকারীরা জাতীয় সড়ক অবরোধ করেছে। গাড়ি যাতায়াতে বাধা দেওয়া হচ্ছে।
