টেক্সাসে টর্নেডো প্রাণ কাড়ল ৩ জনের। টর্নেডোর কারণে আহত হয়েছেন প্রায় ৭৫ জন মানুষ। টেক্সাসের পেরিটোন নামক স্থানে আছড়ে পড়ে টর্নেডোটি।
৮৫০০ বসতিযুক্ত এলাকা পেরিটোনে বৃহস্পতিবার সন্ধ্যেয় আছড়ে পড়ে এই টর্নেডো। বড়সড় কোন দুর্ঘটনা না ঘটলে বেশ কিছু এলাকায় বাড়িঘরে ধ্বংসলীলা চালায় এই টর্নেডো।
