ভারত এবং রাশিয়ার বিপর্যয় মোকাবিলা বিষয়ক যৌথ কমিশনের দ্বিতীয় বৈঠক গতকাল রাশিয়ার মস্কোতে শুরু হয়েছে। স্বরাষ্ট্র প্রতিমন্ত্রী নিত্যানন্দ রাই ভারতীয় প্রতিনিধি দলের নেতৃত্ব দিচ্ছেন। সফরের প্রথম দিনে শ্রী রাই এবং রাশিয়ার সিভিল ডিফেন্স বিভাগের মন্ত্রী আলেকজান্ডার ভাইয়ারচেস্লোভোভীজ এর মধ্যে একটি চুক্তি স্বাক্ষরিত হয়েছে। দুই দেশই ২০২৫-২৬-এ বিপর্যয় মোকাবিলায় সু-অভ্যাস এবং অভিজ্ঞতা পরস্পরের সঙ্গে ভাগ করে নেবার ব্যাপারে সম্মত হয়েছে।
