বুধবার গোটা দিন ধরে ইউক্রেনের একাধিক জায়গায় বিস্ফোরণের শব্দ মেলে। ইউক্রেনের রাজধানী কিভে বুধবার সকালেই বিপদ ঘণ্টা (এয়ার সাইরেন) বাজতে থাকে। কিভে বিপদ ঘণ্টা বাজার পরপরই ইউক্রেনের রাজধানী শহরের একাধিক জায়গায় পরপর বিস্ফোরণের শব্দ মেলে। বিপদ ঘণ্টা বাজার সঙ্গে সঙ্গে কিভের মেয়র সাধারণ মানুষকে সতর্ক করেন। প্রত্যেকে যাতে সতর্ক থাকেন এবং নিরাপদ জায়গায় আশ্রয় নেন, সে বিষয়ে জারি করা হয় সতর্কতা। কিভের একাধিক জায়গা থেকে এরপর বিস্ফোরণের শব্দ ভেসে আসতে শুরু করে। তবে কোথায়, কতটা আঘাত করা হয়েছে রুশে সেনার তরফে, সে বিষয়ে কিভের মেয়র কিছু জানাননি স্পষ্টভাবে।
