ইউক্রেনে আটকে পড়া ভারতীয় নাগরিক ও ছাত্রদের জন্য নির্দেশিকা জারি করল ইউক্রেনের রাজধানী কিভে-র ভারতীয় দূতাবাস। ভারত সরকারের আধিকারিকদের না জানিয়ে সীমান্ত পোস্টগুলির কোনওটিতে না যেতে বলা হয়েছে দূতাবাসের তরফে।
