রাশিয়া (Russia) এবং ইউক্রেন (Ukraine) ফের আলোচনার টেবিলে। ইউক্রেনের অস্থিরতা কাটাতে এবার ফের শান্তি ফেরানোর চেষ্টা করছেন দুই দেশের প্রতিনিধিরা। বেলারুশে (Belarus) আলেচনায় বসেছেন রাশিয়া এবং ইউক্রেনের প্রতিনিধিরা। এমনই জানানো হল রাশিয়ার বিদেশ মন্ত্রকের তরফে। দুই দেশের আলোচনার পর ডনবাস অঞ্চলে যেমন শান্তি ফিরবে, তেমনি ইউক্রেনিয়রা আবার তাঁদের আগের জীবন ফেরৎ পাবেন বলে আশা প্রকাশ করা হয় রুশ বিদেশ মন্ত্রকের তরফে।
