মার্কিন প্রেসিডেন্ট ডোনাল্ড ট্রাম্প রুশ যুদ্ধে ইউক্রেনকে সব ধরনের সাহায্য বন্ধ করে দিয়েছেন। এই সুযোগে ইউক্রেনের ওপর আক্রমণের ধার বাড়িয়েছে রাশিয়া। একদিকে যখন জেলেনস্কি নিয়ে যুদ্ধ বিরতিতে নামছেন ট্রাম্প, তখন পুতিনের দেশ ইউক্রেনকে পুরোপুরি ধ্বংস করে দেওয়ার সব চেষ্টা করে চলেছে। দিন দুয়েক আগে টানা মিসাইল হানার পর এবার গ্যাসের পাইপলাইন ভিতর দিয়ে ইউক্রেনে ঢুকে আক্রমণ করল রুশ সেনা। রাশিয়া থেকে আসা এই পাইপলাইন ইউক্রেনের সীমান্ত টপকে আট মাইল ঢুকে পড়ে।
রাশিয়া থেকে গ্যাসের পাইপলাইনে লুকিয়ে ঢুকে গুটিগুটি পায়ে প্রায় ৮ মাইল পথ আক্রমণ করে পুতিনের দেশের সেনারা জেলেনস্কির দেশে ঢুকে পড়ে। তাদের লক্ষ্য ইউক্রেনের দখলে থাকা কুর্সের পুন:উদ্ধার করা। কুর্স থেকে ৬২ মাইল দক্ষিণ পশ্চিমে ইউক্রেনের সেনাবাহিনীর সঙ্গে সরাসরি সংঘর্ষ শুরু হয়। এখনও সুদঝায় দু'দেশের সেনার মধ্যে তীব্র লড়াই হচ্ছে।
