আগামী পাঁচ বছরে বিশ্ব অর্থনীতির পক্ষে সময়টা বেশ কঠিন হতে চলেছে। তিন দশক পর হতে চলেছে এমনটা।
আগামী পাঁচ বছরে বিশ্ব অর্থনীতির পক্ষে সময়টা বেশ কঠিন হতে চলেছে। তিন দশক পর হতে চলেছে এমনটা। এই কথাই জানালেন আন্তর্জাতিক অর্থ তহবিল বা আইএমএফ (IMF)-এর কোষাধ্যক্ষ জিম চালমের্স। আইএমএফের অস্ট্রেলিয়ান এই কোষাধ্যক্ষের পূর্বাভাস, আগামী পাঁচ বছর বিশ্ব অর্থনীতির বৃদ্ধি বেশ ধীরগতির হবে। তিন দশক পর বিশ্ব অর্থনীতির বৃদ্ধি এত ধীরগতির হতে চেলছে বলে আইএফএফের অনুমান।
বিশ্ববাসীকে অনেক বেশী বাস্তবসম্মত হয়ে ভবিষ্যতের আর্থিক চ্যালেঞ্জের মোকাবিলা করতে হবে বলেও তিনি জানান।
