ফের বিপত্তির মুখে ইন্ডিগোর (Indigo) বিমান। এবার তামিলনাড়ুর তিরুচিরাপল্লি থেকে সিঙ্গাপুরে যাওয়ার সময় আচমকাই বিমান থেকে পোড়া গন্ধ ভেসে আসতে শুরু করে। ফলে তিরুচিরাপল্লি থেকে সিঙ্গাপুরগামী বিমানটিকে ইন্দোনেশিয়ার কুয়ালাননামাউতে ঘুরিয়ে নিয়ে যাওয়া হয়। জানা যায়, উড়ানের মাঝ পথে বিমান থেকে পোড়া গন্ধ ভেসে আসতে শুরু করায় কেবিন ক্রুরা বিষয়টি চালককে জানান। এরপর চালক বিশেষ পদ্ধতি মেনে বিমানটিকে কুয়ালাননামাউতে নিয়ে যান। তবে পোড়া গন্ধ বেরোলেও বিমানটিকে নিরাপদভাবে ইন্দোনেশিয়ার ওই বিমানবন্দরে নামানো হয়েছে বলে খবর। যাত্রীরাও প্রত্যেকে নিরাপদে রয়েছেন বলে খবর।
